Oat flakes, oat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, xanthan gum
Whip 1 cup of butter and 2 tablespoons vanilla. Add 3 cups of Only Oats™ Cookie Mix. Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Place small teaspoons of cookie dough on a nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350°F.
