A good source of fibre, they cook up in a snap and provide the pure goodness of Only Oats™ oat flakes and oat flour. All you need is the buttermilk and eggs... and of course, a drizzle of real Canadian maple syrup.

Ingredients

Quick oat flakes, oat flour, baking soda, sugar, salt

Cooking Directions

Mix 1 cup buttermilk and 1 egg with 1 1/2 cups Only Oats pancake mix. Cook in a dry non-stick pan.

Top with mample syrup or fresh fruit.
