Dry Rub: Rub Only Oats™ Oat-Spice Blend directly onto any meat or fish. Grill or bake to desired doneness.
Wet Paste: In a small bowl, combine Only Oats™ Oat-Spice Blend with a small amount of canola or olive oil to make a paste. Brush on meat or fish, or toss with your favourite vegetables. Cook or bake as desired.
Breading/Coating: In a small bowl or plastic bag, combine Only Oats™ Oat-Spice Blend. Toss with your favourite meat or fish to completely coat. Place on a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F until cooked to desired doneness.
Spice Mix: Stir Only Oats™ Oat-Spice Blend directly into your favourite soup, stew, meatloaf or anywhere you want a boost in flavour.
