Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup butter
1 1/3 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup Only Oat™ flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup coco powder
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1/3 cup fresh pitted or dried cherries

Method

Place chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until melted and smooth. In a separate bowl whisk sugar and eggs until combined. Sift flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and xanthan gum over the egg mixture and mix to combine. Add the chocolate and butter mixture to the rest of the ingredients and stir until just mixed. Pour into a greased 9”x13” cake pan and sprinkle cherries over top. Bake at 325º for 30-35 minutes.
